TAIFEX reminds traders that the written inquiries about account opening and transaction history will be suspended from 23rd January 2025 (Thursday) to 2nd February 2025 (Sunday) in order to cope with the operation of the closure of Taiwan futures market during the Lunar New Year holidays, and resume the service from 3rd February 2025 (Monday).
In addition, during the period of suspension of written inquires, the Trading Information Searching System for Futures Market still accepts account opening and transaction history inquiry, but its results will be sent in the early morning of 4th February 2025 (Tuesday). Traders may make good use of it.

Investors or successors can inquire data including,
account opening, order and/or transaction history, and current
position balance through the following ways:
Service Time: 9:00~12:00 a.m. and 1:30~5:00 p.m. on
business days.

Fees
- Free (No fees): Through the Trading Information Searching System for Futures Market
- Fees for applicants Visit TAIFEX in person, Entrust an
agent to visit TAIFEX, or Through communication:
- For processing data for the account opening and/or current position balance, the standard charge is NTD$300 per person/institution.
- For processing data for the order and/or transaction history, the standard charge is NTD$500 per person/institution.
- For processing data, covering account opening, order and/or transaction history, and current position balance, the standard charge is NTD$500 per person/institution.
- The fees are waived for elderly investors aged over 65 years to apply for data in person in TAIFEX.
- Printing fees: for each inquiry per person/institution, a NTD$5 fee per page would be charged for printing over 10 pages.
- For those who inquire about data and visit TAIFEX in
person or entrust an agent to visit TAIFEX, all fees must be
paid in cash. For those who inquire about data through
communication, the fees must be paid via wire transfers.

The successor can close the position and make a
withdrawal from the belonging FCMs according to the query
results.
- Inquiring about the positions and cash equity of the
belonging FCMs
The successor shall attach the Death Certificate of the futures investor, the ID Card of the successor, and the supporting documents of the relationship between the successor and the futures investor (such as the Household Certificate) and go to the FCMs (or the Introducing Brokers) for inquiries. - The handling when a futures investor still has
positions after death
The successor shall attach the Death Certificate of the futures investor, the ID Card of the successor, and the supporting documents of the relationship between the successor and the futures investor (such as the Household Certificate) to the FCMs, and the FCMs will close the investor's position according to the contract. - Making a Withdrawal
- Please refer to FCMs’ rules to attach related documents such as Genealogical list of inheritance, Original Household Registration Transcript of the entire household, The written delegation of agency by all successors, Certificate of Estate Tax Payment (or Exemption) by the National Taxation Bureau, Household Registration Cancellation Transcript or Death Certificate, etc.
- After the FCMs verify the relevant documents, the attorney can conduct the cash withdrawal to the investor's contractual bank account. Or the attorney submits the written delegation of agency by all successors and the withdrawal bank's consent form to conduct the withdrawal to the investor's contractual bank account. Or the successor on the heritage division agreement form conducts the withdrawal and withdraws funds to the bank account designated by the successor.(For details, please refer to FCMs’ rules)

Notes:
- If there are more than 10,000 entries in the statistics, due to capacity limit, the investor will receive a message indicating that the data is too large to be accepted; please narrow down the inquiry interval and then try again. An "inquiry history" function is also provided for the investor to check.
- Order and transaction history are available from January 2, 2006.
- Only citizens with household registration of the Republic of China(Taiwan) may apply for inquiries through the Trading Information Searching System for Futures Market with Citizen Digital Certificate.
