- Employees of Securities Investment Trust Enterprises and their spouses can inquire data of account opening, order and/or transaction history, and current position balance.
- Service Time: 9:00~12:00 a.m. and 1:30~5:00 p.m. on business days.

- Free (No fees): for inquiries about account opening or trading data with periods ranging of less than 1 year from the date of application.
- For data periods ranging over 1 year from the date of
application, the additional fees below will apply:
- The production cost: NTD$100 per person.
- The handling fee (1 year＜ data period ≤5 years): NTD$100 per year.
- The handling fee (data period >5 years): NTD$150 per year.

The production cost of NTD$100 per person* For inquiry period of over 1 year, the number of years will be rounded up. For example, 1.4 years will be rounded up and charged as 2 years. - Printing fees: for each inquiry per person, an NTD$5 fee per page would be charged for printing over 10 pages. Printing fees must be paid in cash by the entrusted agent.
